Internship at Arzak Restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain under the supervision of Chef-Owner Juan Mari Arzak. Internship at Plaza Athenee Hotel in Paris, France and Excelsior Hotel in Rome, Italy. Worked for Melia Hotels in Madrid and Palma de Mallorca, at 21 he became Sous-Chef at Los Molinos Hotel in Ibiza, Spain. Arrived to the U.S in 1980, to Dallas, Texas, where he became the Chef at The Mansion on Turtle Creek. Moved to South Florida in 1995, worked as Chef of The Down Under Restaurant, Williams Island, Cafe Arugula and Walt Disney World. In 1993 he opened his Restaurant Eduardo de San Angel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Participated in the American Harvest Workshop in the Cakebread Winery in Napa Valley, the fourth Chef from Florida to attend this prestigious event. DiRoNA (Distinguished Restaurants of North America) winner since 1998, top Ratings from Zagat 2004 and 2005, Highest Rated Restaurant in Food and Service in Broward County.
