Spa Tips and Guidelines

To make your Spa experience more enjoyable we suggest the following:
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure your session starts on time. In fairness to other guests, all late arrivals will end as scheduled.
  • The Spa is meant to be an escape from hectic everyday life, so please turn off cell phones and refrain from loud conversations so both you and other guests can fully enjoy the peace and quiet the spa offers. We thank you for your cooperation.
  • Requests for a specific therapist should be made at the time of booking your service.
  • We ask for a credit card to secure your appointment. Please give us 4 hours notice to change or cancel a reservation. Last minute cancellation will result in a 50% service charge.
  • Lockers and showers are available for your convenience.
Spa guests who are not staying at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa have use of the resort on the day of service. This includes the use of GG's Bar & Grill, heated swimming pools and fitness center.

Monday - Thursday: 10 AM to 6 PM
Friday - Sunday: 10 AM to 7 PM
