DeepFeet Bar Therapy is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight.
Therapuetic Relaxation Massage - $105/140
A Therapeutic Relaxation massage is perfect for anyone looking to wind down, de-stress, practice self-love, or just take a break for a bit.
Deep Tissue - $105/140
Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using slow firm strokes and deep pressure or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle, deep tissue massage is traditionally used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.
Hot Stone - $105/140
For a different sensation, hot stones are added to the massage treatment. The heat from the natural stones is a tremendously soothing experience as well as provides a deeper softening of muscle tension.
45 Minute Recovery Massage - $75
This treatment targets the back, shoulders, neck, and scalp to release muscle tension, stress, and re-energize. Warming arnica oil is used to promote total recovery.
Prenatal - $105
Prenatal massage is designed to relieve aches in the back, neck, hips, legs, and weight-bearing joints. It enhances the range of movement and circulation, reducing problems associated with swelling, including varicose veins and cramps.
Couples Massage - $210/280
Relax with one other individual with a couples massage.
Massage Cupping - By Request
Massage Cupping™ bodywork is used to drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, and bring blood flow to stagnant muscles and skin.
